We are a family-owned and operated Health Care Services Firm, licensed by the state of New Jersey and accredited by The National Institute for Home Care Accreditation. Aquinas Healthcare started in 2009 by a brother and sister who saw the need for more reliable and higher-quality home care in their community. Our management team knows every caregiver we employ and every client we support through services which are often provided by a Certified Home Health Aide in Chatham, New Jersey and other caregivers. Our management team is very hands-on, working closely with the families to provide the highest level of care with dignity. We are very accessible when a client’s health or scheduling needs change. We are very flexible to make changes quickly as we realize providing home care is not a 9-5 job and is often unpredictable. Many clients and caregivers have our managers’ personal cell phone numbers and can contact us when issues arise.
We focus on the geriatric population, but also provide services to the younger clients with similar needs for care. We are the preferred home health care provider for several top-rated Rehabilitation Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Assisted Living Communities in New Jersey. These professional references are available upon request.
We provide many families the guidance on senior care questions, even when the family may not need our services. Families often ask us for recommendations regarding Rehabilitation Facilities, Assisted Living Communities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospice Care or Elder Care Lawyers. We are happy to spend time speaking with you regarding any Senior Care questions you may have. We will let you know when Home Care is not your loved one’s best option. We can often refer families to appropriate providers if the case is too far for us to service or we do not have the appropriately skilled caregiver.
Bio of the Owner
Our Director of Nursing is the co-founder & part owner of Aquinas Healthcare. She has nearly 35 years of Nursing & Healthcare management experience. She leads a team of RNs who will consult with your doctors and family to create a personalized plan of care to ensure you are receiving the highest level of home health care available.

Aquinas Healthcare strives to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of the diverse communities we serve. Our personalized home health care services are provided by compassionate and reliable Nurses and or Certified Home Health Aides. We can provide Certified Nursing Assistants if the client resides in a facility. Our team of professionals is dedicated to ensuring the health, well-being, and dignity of each of our clients. We take pride in caring for each client as we would to our own loved ones. We offer individualized Plans of Care, based on the physical, emotional, psychological and medical needs of our clients in the comfort of their homes, rehabilitation facility or senior residence.
